Building up the social links with your party members can strengthen their Personas. During the day, you attend classes, take part-time jobs, explore the city, or hang out with friends to build your social link. Like Persona 4 and Persona 5, Persona 3 Reload is partly a social simulator and partly a dungeon crawler.
